These terms govern your use of the provenote.us website during private beta. We have kept them plain and narrow, this site is an early-access page, not a live product yet.
Effective August 16, 2026 · applies to provenote.us
The Provenote website and any preview materials are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis during private beta, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Content on the site describes work in progress; some capabilities are illustrative or in build, and are labelled as such.
Submitting the early-access form registers your interest. It does not create a contract, guarantee access, or entitle you to any service or price. If and when we offer you access, a separate agreement will govern that.
The Provenote name, logo, wordmark, site design, and written content are the property of Aethyia Inc. and its licensors. The verification methodology we describe aligns with open standards (such as C2PA and provider watermark schemes); those standards belong to their respective owners.
Provenote produces decision-support, never an automated accusation or a legal determination. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aethyia is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this beta website.
Found a vulnerability? Email security@provenote.us. We acknowledge, investigate, and credit good-faith reports, and we ask that you avoid privacy violations, data destruction, or service disruption while testing.
